At DIY Kits, we want you to love your fashion creations; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused and unassembled kits. Please ensure all original materials and packaging are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the kit you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused DIY Kit, including all fabric, tools, and instructions, into its original packaging to ensure items are protected during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned kit for completeness, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
